At a notary office on Quang Trung Street, Ward 10, Go Vap District (HCMC), the number of customers notarizing documents has increased significantly compared to the period before Tet.

At the land notary office on Do Xuan Hop Street (old District 9, now Thu Duc City, HCMC), it has recently been constantly full of customers.

At the notary office in Di An (Binh Duong), customers have also been constantly coming in and out recently.

After Tet, the number of customers viewing real estate in the South has increased steadily.

Real estate brokers have become busier than before Tet because they are constantly taking clients to view properties.

In HCMC, we have noticed more brokers sitting at direct sales points than “disappearing” like in 2023.

Detached houses in the central fringe areas of HCMC such as Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Tan Binh… priced at VND 5-7 billion/unit are of great interest to buyers.

Vacant land in neighboring provinces such as Dong Nai, Binh Thuan… has shown signs of recovery after a long period of stagnation.

Some notary offices in Binh Thuan have become busy again.

Real estate transactions have started to increase in the southern market but have not been evenly distributed among regions.

In some areas, the number of people viewing properties has increased, but the closing rate is not yet as high as in 2021
