The upgraded Haval H6 is expected to be unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show later this month, April. However, by this point, the model has been previewed for several reviewers. Detailed images and videos of the 2024 Haval H6 have since been posted online, and information about its features and specifications has been leaked early.

The new H6 is 50 mm longer than before. The car has overall dimensions of 4,703 x 1,886 x 1,730 mm. The 2,738 mm wheelbase remains unchanged, as this is just a facelift upgrade.

In terms of exterior design, the H6 has significant alterations to its front fascia and taillights. The main lighting cluster features two projectors with 54 LED points (multi-beam similar to Mercedes-Benz) combined with daytime running lights positioned both horizontally and vertically. The new grille with bright-colored accents has been enlarged. The taillights are separate rather than connected, with the Haval lettering in the center. The dual five-spoke rims are painted in glossy black.

Inside, the most noticeable differences are the steering wheel and the central display. This model has switched to a new, more stylish three-spoke steering wheel. The gear lever has been moved to behind the steering wheel, similar to Mercedes-Benz. Another detail resembling Mercedes-Benz is the cluster of window control buttons. Most notably, the display screen measures an impressive 14.6 inches. Additionally, the car features a 10.25-inch screen behind the steering wheel and a 9-inch HUD.

Some notable amenities in the interior include dual-zone automatic climate control via touchscreen, a nine-speaker audio system with amplifier, power-adjustable front seats with ventilation and heating, and soft-touch materials.
