On April 17th, Vietnam Lottery Company (Vietlott) awarded the Jackpot 2 prize Power 6/55 lottery ticket number 1019 to Ms. N.T.M. – the owner of a VinaPhone phone number with a prize value of over 25 billion VND. Vietlott confirmed that Ms. M. had won the Jackpot 2 prize Power 6/55 lottery (QSMT number 1019 on April 9th, 2024). The winning numbers are 04 – 12 – 22 – 27 – 44 – 5.
Ms. M. currently lives in Kiên Giang Province . She is a housewife and cares for a sick child . Her husband and she are both regular players of Vietlott’s lottery products and have a habit of buying two tickets each day for good luck.
Ms. M. gives 300 million VND to people in difficult circumstances.
Ms. M. said: “That day, around 4 pm, I suddenly remembered to log in to the Vietlott SMS app to buy tickets. I clicked on the random selection button three times before finding a series of numbers that I liked. That night, after taking my child for a drip in hospital , I received a call from Vietlott announcing that I had won the prize and confirming my personal information.
I was really happy but also a little worried when I won such a large amount of money. I was happy because this money could solve the current difficulties of my family, but I was worried about how to use it wisely. After sharing the good news with my husband, we decided to use part of the money to pay off our debts, treat our child’s illness, and bring our parents back to support us.”
Ms. M. shared that in difficult times in life, she had received help from benefactors. Therefore, Ms. M. donated 300 million VND to the Tam Tai Viet fund to carry out social security programs, helping people in difficult circumstances in society.
According to regulations, Ms. M. is required to pay personal income tax at the place where she registered to participate in the lottery is Kien Giang province, with a total value of over 2.5 billion VND (10% of the value exceeding 10 million VND) and will be deducted immediately upon receipt of the prize.
