Auction Land in Quoc Oai District Differences 21.3 Million VND/M2 Compared to Starting Price

Quoc Oai District auctions land use rights for 34 plots, fetching 153 billion VND, exceeding the starting price by nearly 27 billion VND. Notably, plot A9 was auctioned at 74.1 million VND/m2, a difference of 21.3 million VND compared to the starting price.

On April 25, the Land Fund Development Center of Quoc Oai district coordinated with the National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5 to organize auction of land use rights for 34 land plots in 3 projects in Can Huu and Sai Son communes (Quoc Oai district) with a total area of 3,100m2.

Customers vote to auction land use rights in Quoc Oai on April 25

According to statistics, a total of 150 customers with 242 dossiers participated in the auction of 34 land plots in the 3 projects above. In which, the starting price for the land plots is from 24.8 million VND/m2 to 52.8 million VND/m2. The price step applied to all land plots is 100,000 VND/m2.

As a result, plot A9 of Auction Project 08 (Khanh Tan village, Sai Son commune) had the highest auction price of 74.1 million VND/m2, a difference of 21.3 million VND/m2 compared to the starting price.

The land plot with the lowest winning price was 28 million VND/m2, higher than the starting price of 3.2 million VND/m2.

The total amount of money Quoc Oai district collected from this auction of land use rights was nearly 153 billion VND, exceeding the starting price by 26.9 billion VND.

It is known that from now until the end of 2024, Quoc Oai district will organize 5 more land auctions in Tan Phu, Yen Son, and Sai Son communes, with a total auction area of about 15,000m2, the The total estimated revenue is 500-600 billion VND.
